Refund Policy

Nourish with Zar is committed to providing professional nutrition counseling and consultation services. Due to the nature of personalized services, refunds are subject to the terms outlined below:

Cancellation with no refund:

Clients who cancel or reschedule at least 24 Hours prior to their scheduled appointment may apply the payment toward a future session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee, or considered non-applicable towards a future session.

Missed Appointments:

Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (“no-show”) is non-applicable towards a future session.

Packages and Prepaid Services:

If multi-session packages are offered, refunds for unused sessions may be issued at the discretion of Nourish with Zar. Completed sessions are non-refundable.

Any administrative or processing fees may be deducted from refunds. If a client chooses to discontinue services, a prorated refund may be considered for unused sessions, less any applicable fees.

Digital Products and Resources:

All digital products are non-refundable once accessed or delivered.

Dissatisfaction with Services:

Nourish with Zar strives to provide supportive and professional guidance. If you are dissatisfied with your experience, you are encouraged to contact us within [7 days] of your session to discuss your concerns.

Refund requests based solely on lack of specific results are not guaranteed, as outcomes vary between individuals.
